    Excellent stay with lovely views

    The rooftop terrace was my favorite spot, offering amazing views of Medellin. The staff were warm and cute, enhancing my experience.

    The pool was closed , disappointing since I was looking forward to a refreshing dip. The hotel's location requires a taxi to reach many attractions.

    Location: the hotel was just off other restaurants and shopping centers and the international airport. The property rooms were air-conditioned and spotless with an excellent view and amazing views, as example.

    great stay but minor hiccups

    The rooftop area has fine views of the city. The staff was genuinely friendly. The Superior King Room featured great tech amenities. I also enjoyed the amazing mountain view from my room, a wonderful addition to my experience.

    The entrance to the hotel was tricky to find, causing some unnecessary hassle .

    Wonderful hotel, all of the staff were accommodating and incredibly nice, fab location in a very quiet area. We really enjoyed the superior king room which was new-fashioned with view. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely and excellent with a wide range of food, including eggs, bread and meats. The stay was absolutely excellent.

    Had essentials needed in the deluxe junior suite, including fridges and glassware. The accommodation had a remote location by a Uber or taxi. Booked table at Parmessano, located within 5 minutes' walk.

    Breakfast, it was quite poor, could be better.

    The modern amenities really stood out, and the spacious Junior Suite Beautiful was perfect for my big family. Breakfast was fantastic, and we appreciated the friendly staff, including a great server named Adolfo.

    In my wife's opinion, the pool should have been open earlier for the kids to enjoy. The entrance to the hotel was tricky to find, which caused some unnecessary hassle .

    The Superior King Room was so comfy! The bed felt amazing, and the tech features were cool, like the one-touch do not disturb button. Plus, the staff was super attentive, really making you feel welcome. The bathroom was nice and spacious too. Just a heads up, the taxi and Uber drivers sometimes had no clue where the hotel is, which can be annoying. Really happy with my stay!

    The staff at Binn provided an very nice level of professionalism was good. The location in El Poblado is convenient, situated near business centers and cultural attractions. The dining options are noteworthy as well. The grilled steak and pizza were particularly excellent, and the gym on the 15th floor features a jacuzzi with a fine view of the Medellin hills.

    Taxi drivers sometimes struggled to find the hotel.
